What is the TLC Special Cocktail?
TLC Special Cocktail is a specially compounded version of the Meyers Cocktail. Doctor John Meyers, a physician in Baltimore, Maryland pioneered the use of intravenous (IV) mixture of vitamins and minerals as part of the overall treatment of various medical problems. Over the years, physicians have taken to “modifying” this mixture according to their own preferences. The standard ingredients of a Meyers' Cocktail are as follows:
- Vitamin B5
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin C
- Magnesium
- Calcium
IV nutrient therapy may be more effective than oral or Inter muscular treatment for correcting intracellular nutrient deficits. This type of nutrient therapy is a popular approach among Complementary and Alternative Medicine physicians.
Is It Safe?
